Addiction Statistics in Belle Meade

While Belle Meade is known for its scenic neighborhoods and rich history, it is not immune to the growing crisis of substance use disorders affecting Tennessee. According to recent state data, opioid-related overdoses continue to rise, with thousands of Tennesseans impacted each year. Alcohol misuse also remains a major concern, often leading to long-term health problems, relationship strain, and legal troubles.

Moreover, behind every statistic is a person—a neighbor, a friend, a family member struggling in silence. That’s why Live Again Detox is committed to providing accessible drug rehab facilities in Belle Meade and surrounding areas, ensuring everyone has the chance to build a new life free from addiction.

We also understand that seeking treatment can be overwhelming. Levels of Care for Detox and Rehab

Medical Detoxification

This is often the first step in recovery. Our detox center in the Belle Meade area provides 24/7 medical supervision while your body safely withdraws from substances. Whether you need alcohol detox services or drug detox, our medical team uses proven protocols to keep you safe and comfortable. Medical detox typically lasts 14 days, depending on what substances you’ve been using and how long you’ve been using them. The first one to three days are when withdrawal symptoms can be the worst, so medications may be used to regulate sleep, anxiety, depression, and mood swings. All vitals are closely monitored, too. Days four to ten vary person to person, but this is when we see the symptoms begin to wane while we continue to monitor. In days 11 to 14, major symptoms usually have subsided and we continue to monitor in order to ensure stable and sustainable adjustment. The goal is to get you through withdrawal safely so you can focus on recovery.

Residential Treatment

Our residential programs provide intensive, round-the-clock care in a supportive environment. 30-day rehab in Belle Meade area programs are common, though some people need 60 or 90 days for the best outcomes. Residential treatment includes individual therapy, group counseling, educational sessions, and holistic treatments to provide healing on every level of the human person. For many Belle Meade residents, this level of care provides a necessary break from the triggers and stressors of daily life.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

IOPs are designed for people who need comprehensive treatment but can’t take extended time away from work or family. These programs provide several hours of therapy per week, allowing you to sleep at home and maintain essential responsibilities. This flexibility often appeals to Belle Meade professionals who cannot take months away from their careers but still need intensive support to maintain sobriety.

Outpatient Counseling

For many of us, outpatient addiction treatment provides a balance between receiving professional help and maintaining our daily routines. This might include individual therapy, group sessions, or family counseling. Many people continue outpatient counseling for months or even years after completing more intensive treatment.

If you’re considering outpatient addiction treatment in Nashville, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Our team of professionals will work with you to develop a plan personalized to your needs and one that fits with your schedule.

LAD has the most caring, loving staff. From the moment you make the first call for help, you will feel that concern and care even over the phone. But, once you walk in the doors and meet the staff you really feel safe. The nurses are amazing during detox! All of the staff understands what you are going through and quickly helped me feel deserving of love again. After going to groups and 1 on 1 counseling (which taught me so many things about surrendering to my higher power 100%, self care, rigorous honesty, gratitude, affirmations, community and connections, service— I could go on and on), I am leaving here feeling alive again! I love the real me! I will no longer be wearing any masks. I know that I have recovery work ahead, but I’m looking forward to it, because I’ve seen the the joy, kindness, and love that the staff here brings to work everyday. They show up happy with smiles on their faces, hugs and positive energy to give away and I want that for my life again! Travis in case management helps filing claims, assistance with insurance, discharge planning, legal help if needed, and so much more. I left Texas and flew to Nashville for this place. I know now that God wanted me in this exact place to meet the wonderful group of people that I became friends with so quickly. Hopefully, some will remain lifelong friends, because I will really miss them!
Love and gratitude to Matt for greeting me the first night and for being so kind during check in and every night that I saw him after that (thanks for the Earl Grey tea Matt 😊), Chelsea and Leigh Anne for their group work- they both have an incredible way of sharing things they have learned that really help you heal from within and you start wanting just to soak up all of their knowledge 💜, Nurse Kelly (night shift) and Nurse Chris (days) give the best hugs and uplifting advice especially since I am a nurse and they particularly focused on not allowing me to focus on shame and guilt, but on my accomplishments and what I have to look forward to moving forward- they treated me with complete respect (love you both 🤗) All of the nurses were caring and just amazing- Stacy, Sheila, Marlene, Patricia, Kelly on day shift. Additional shout outs to my therapist Chris….. he helped me work through so many things and gave me great coping skills to use at LAD and to take with me (can’t thank you enough), Nick for morning meditations and great insight and also all of his spunk, Josue for some very interesting, informative, and inspiring conversations on Sundays, Chris (night tech) for is humor and late night conversations when some of us couldn’t sleep, and Luke for his peaceful nature.

If you need help, please call LAD! It’s a small group of people, 12 at max capacity, super caring and attentive staff, great food and soooo many snacks/drinks available 24/7, lovely facility.
